Market Entry DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) SieuToc Strategy, Website & Branding

Brief overview

For SieuToc, I developed a data-driven market entry strategy for the DACH region – including research, website update with a trust-focused structure, LinkedIn profile concept, and a sustainability flyer. Testing revealed, among other things, a preference for showcasing partnerships at the top and testimonials at the bottom, as well as a boost in credibility through visible certification goals (e.g., FSC/ISO 14001). A DHL-based tracking concept was also integrated to ensure delivery transparency.

Initial situation

DACH decision-makers expect clear, German-language communication, reliable sustainability signals, and operational dependability. The survey (n = 54) highlighted pricing/delivery, localized production, and customization as key priorities.

Approach & Implementation

  • Website: Structural testing with the target group revealed a clear preference for the layout with partnerships at the top and testimonials at the bottom. Navigation was refined, and the tone made more professional and concise.
  • LinkedIn (B2B): The version featuring sustainability at the top with measurable goals performed best (73% preference).
  • Sustainability / Certification Flyer: Version A (prominently highlighting certification ambitions) was clearly more convincing. Testimonials remained supportive.
  • Transparency Feature: A concept for real-time tracking (DHL) was integrated to build trust on the website.

Results (from testing)

  • Website Structure: 90% approval for partnerships placed at the top; navigation was mostly rated as intuitive.
  • LinkedIn: Emphasizing sustainability along with clear goals significantly increased perceived credibility.
  • Flyer: A strong focus on certifications noticeably increased trust among DACH decision-makers.

Highlights

  • Trust layout: Partnerships featured at the top, testimonials placed second.
  • Visible sustainability: Certification roadmap and clear, concise messaging.
  • Logistics transparency: Concept for live DHL tracking to build trust.
